About attorney-at-law Ieva Totoraitienė

I have a dual legal background which is Corporate & Employment. 7 years of legal work, 4 of them in a Big 4 firm PwC, mark my experience in these areas. As a result I am also fully aware of the needs of both local SMEs and international corporations operating in different sectors. The core ones that I can outline are logistics, HORECA, IT and manufacturing of medical equipment.
I support the clients throughout their whole business cycle. Employment legal matters that I can support with are from A to Z, e.g. from drafting HR documentation, representation in labour disputes to mass layoffs. From the corporate side I cover all questions starting from setting up to closure and anything in the meantime, e.g. dividends, capital increase/decrease, debt capitalisations, upstream/downstream mergers, etc.

Several highlights:
• over 50 disputes between logistic companies and long distance fleet drives (from pretrial to the appellate court);
• full legal support for the Belarusian IT company relocating its business and employees to Lithuania;
• 60k Euros awarded to the client (managing employee) due to illegal termination;
• responsible for uninterrupted sales of popcorn during cinema theater cross-border merger (in legal words - transfer of licences).
